 from intimate dinners to 300 revellers in whichever room you choose. DJ’s, security, cocktails & canapés, your chosen menu, flowers, balloons, starcloths, Jazz trios, magicians, string quartets, Elvis, personally designed invites, flyers, tickets or wristbands…


The Ballroom
An elegant panelled space, the former billiard room of The Bedford when it was a Victorian hotel, and now home to our many dance classes and Monkeyfunk clubnights. Available for exclusive hire for filming, parties, launches and corporate events. Capacity 180, DJ booth, projector, full lighting spec, sound desk and engineer available.


The Theatre
This extaordinary space shaped like a Shakespearean globe is home to our own infamous Banana Caberet comedy club. Also available for hire for a number of events including filming, private parties, record launches and corporate events. The capacity is 200+ seated or standing depending on room set up, and we have DJ facilities, a projector and large screen.


The Tavistock
The theatre, performance space and intimate venue on the top floor of The Bedford. Available for exclusive hire for filming, parties and corporate events. Capacity 75, projector, full lighting spec, sound desk and engineer available.


The New Bar
With its own private entrance from Fernlea Road, our New Bar allows privacy from the rest of the venue where you can relax in the modern yet warm and comfortable atmosphere. Available for hire this room is ideal for any function and has a DJ booth.
